Multiple-award winning Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie has disclosed why people have a perception about him being arrogant.
Sarkodie, in the previous years, has suffered severe backlashes from the general public because some people believe the rapper is arrogant and selfish – not to mention the stingy tag.
Most people have tagged the rapper as stingy and unfriendly because of how he relates to some of his fans. Some opposing fans say he’s too arrogant and feels big.
The rapper has however denied these allegations in most of his interviews.
In his recent interview with Akosua Dentaa Amoateng on the Dentaa Show, he was asked how he feels about the perception created about him that he is arrogant.
“I have thought about it, I think generally how i look, how God created my face…So when I had my daughter was when I realized what people were talking about“, he replied.
Sarkodie added that it’s rather his confidence that people mistake for arrogance because he owes no one any explanations.
