Crowned 2019 VGMA rapper of the year, Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal has debunked claims that he abandoned a fan to face his fate at the Korle-Bu teaching hospital.
According to the rapper in a live video on Instagram, he revealed he has sorted all the needed bills to ensure the well-being of the affected fan, Frank Arhin.
Medikal added that he is not so heartless to abandon a fan to suffer in such a critical condition. Showing receipts of payments as proof to show he has actually settled all the bills.
He added that the brother of the victim, Eric Arhin sometimes sends him bloated figures of bills, but he still goes ahead to settle them because he wants the betterment of his fan. During the vindication video, the rapper added that his manager and Nana Kwame were even on their way to settle an additional bill that costs Ghc4,000.
If the information shared by Medikal is anything to go by, then it is evident that he has spent over Ghc 30,000 on the said victim which includes a bill for the acquisition of a wheelchair, implants, and others.
This comes after he was accused of abandoning the fan who was among eleven others who were injured at the rapper’s WELCOME TO SOWUTUOM concert on 30th November 2020/
