Honourable Aponkye, an aspiring assembly member for Adukrom Nima Electoral Area nearly emerged the winner in this year’s District Assembly elections.
Nana Adabor Ibrahim Isaah Ampim aka Honourable Aponkye got a majority of the votes in two polling stations within his electoral area.
He would have been the new assemblyman elect for Adukrom Nima and as such would have to live to the expectations of all who believed in his policies.
He promised to give free breakfast to members of his electoral area and if the mantle had been given to him, we would have seen if he will be able to fulfill that promise.
Congratulations once again to Aponkye for trying, he surely lives to fight another battle.
