Ghanaians are applauding beautiful television presenter Cookie Tee for her strides in putting Ghana on the map in the United States of America.
Cookie Tee was captured in a video inside one of the shopping malls in New York and she was alarmed by the fact that the songs that were been played by a DJ at the mall were mostly Nigerian songs.
Looking very concerned at the condition as to why for some time whilst at the mall, no Ghanaian song was unheard, she took to social media to film herself as she shared what was happening live from the mall.
Cookie Tee then decided to confront the DJ and asked him if he had any songs from Ghanaian artists.
As patriotic as she is, she managed to convince the DJ to play a few tracks from Ghana especially Kwesi Arthur and a couple of Ghanaian artistes songs.
Well done Cookie Tee! And we appreciate her for representing Ghana all the way in New York.
