Ghana’s leading internet service provider, MTN Ghana has revealed it will look into the several complaints lodged by customers on the increment in data packages.
Well, for most of you who don’t know, MTN Ghana made some changes to their data plans after scrapping off the CST on Government’s call. The new plans had no expiry dates which seemed good but came with so many downsides as the offers were slashed completely.
MTN customers after the new change took to social media to vent their anger on the telecommunication company.
According to MTN in the latest social media post, these challenges are being resolved as they promised that they really want to give customers the utmost delight.

“MTN has experienced some challenges on some of our channels post-implementation of the adjustment of prices and our new data bundles.
We are working around the clocks to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
Our priority is ho continue to delight you and Rive you value For your money.
