Ghanaian female artist, Petrah is wailing over the absence of help from top GH artistes towards the up and coming ones
According to Petrah, GH top artistes won’t even tweet your songs, nor open up for collaborations like Nigerians do for their young ones.
In an interview with JOY NEWS, she said,
“Nigerian Artistes don’t care whether you are an upcoming artiste, they would open up to you, do collaboration with you and push your works across their Social Media pages but here in Ghana, it’s not like that’.
She continued,
“Top GH artistes don’t like to support and push the upcoming ones; they won’t even tweet your songs, and this is not good for our music industry. Just look at how Nigerian top artistes are supporting and pushing the likes of Rema, Zlatan, but you won’t see GH top artistes doing same to the upcoming ones”
