Over the weekend, the National Democratic Congress had their parliamentary primaries to elect the party’s representatives during the 2020 elections.
Some women have made proven their worth during the parliamentary primaries in their various constituencies even thought the primaries was keenly contested by men as well.

1. Awutu-Senya West – Gizella Akushika Tetteh-Agbotui Delegates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Awutu-Senya West Constituency on Saturday elected Mrs. Gizella Akushika Tetteh-Agbotui as its Parliamentary Candidate for the 2020 elections. She is the sister of Hannah Tetteh.
