Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), the embattled Chief Executive Officer of troubled gold-trading firm Menzgold Ghana Limited, is to be arraigned today, Friday, 12 July 2019 after spending the night in the custody of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service following his arrival on Thursday.
NAM1 arrived in Accra via an Emirates Airlines flight but was immediately arrested by the CID.
He was interrogated in connection with fraud allegations levelled against him.
He may later on be granted bail.
