In a recent interview with Larry the Oldman on Onua FM’s Anigye Mmere program, Nana Kwaku Bonsam revealed that he has named his children after Ghanaian rappers Sarkodie and SM4Lyf boss, Shatta Wale.
Name hounouring in Africa is very common. However, the Festish priest revealed that he named his children after the two popular Ghanaian musicians because he really admired them.
during the interview, he said:
Shatta Wale and Sarkodie are two of my all-time favorite musicians. To honor Shatta and Sark, I’ve named my children after them. Yaa Shatta Bonsam and Sark are my daughter’s names.
