The president of the Republic of Ghana Nana Akufo Addo has come out to reveal that all ministers, as well as their deputies, are banned from travelling out of the country.
According to reports, the call for the ban on travelling happens to be the second time Akufo Addo has made such a statement as he was said to have made such a statement some time back.
Tho the exact reason for him calling on ministers not to travel out of the country the new order allows for ministers only to travel on the grounds of health issues.
In June 2018, the President was said to have given the same order that all foreign travels by Ministers, Deputy Ministers, MMDCEs and Heads of Government Agencies be temporarily suspended with immediate effect.
