June 4, 2019, will be a historic date in the minds and hearts of Ghanaians as Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy held a fruitful peace press conference where Shatta gave Stonebwoy a ‘Jesus’ kiss.
To the wanderers, the press conference coordinated by Nana Aba Anamoah, was to confirm the newly-brokered peace between the two artistes and to also share their plans to maintain unity.
It was during the press conference that Shatta Wale kissed Stonebwoy on the cheek as the Stonebwoy addressed a question. Shatta’s kiss got many people laughing and wondering what was going on.
According to Shatta Wale, his kiss which he referred to as a “Jesus kiss” was biblical to affirm that he has repented and will maintain the peace.
Speaking about the kiss on Instagram, Shatta Wale quoted a scripture;
”Greet all the believers with the kiss of peace. 1 Thessalonians 5:26 Shout out to all my Bhim and SM fans,”
