In a video that has been widely circulated on social media, prominent Ghanaian politician Bernard Antwi Boasiako, often known as Chairman Wontumi was captured bragging about his riches whiles subtly mocking his colleagues
Antwi Boasiako was speaking at a reunion of former students at Prempeh College in the Ashanti Region when he reflected on how he never did well in school.
Whiles speaking on WONTUMI FM, he’s reported to have said;
I brought my Ferrari here today to motivate the current students at Prempeh College. When I was here, I was an average student. I was always last but 10 in class
What is taught in school is supposed to be practiced outside of school, according to the wealthy man, and this is the wisdom that many pupils need to understand.
Far away from this news, it can be recalled that prior to the 2020s general elections, Chairman Wontumi stormed his privately owned FM station to flaunt gold bars to prove that he’s far richer than John Mahama‘s brother – Ibrahim Mahama.
