Voicefeous and controversial Ghanaian hiplife singer turned political activist and social media commentator, Kwame A Plus; Has slammed the finance minister and the Akufo led NPP government for pleading with Ghanaians to doante 100 cedis each for the construction of the National Cathedral.
When Ken Ofori Atta was reading the mid-year budget yesterday, he entreated Ghanaians to help the government of Ghana build a national Cathedral by contributing 100 cedis each.
This plea from the finance minister has lit a hit conversation piece on the internet because most Ghanaians have shared the opinion that the National Cathedral is useless whiles we still have schools under tress and hospital without beds.
In response to this development which has been received in a bad fate by Ghanaians, Kwame Aplus fumed and argued on his Facebook wall that anyone who donates the 100 cedis is foolish.
He angrily wrote;
cathedral_vs_hospital_challenge welcome to Achimota Government Hospital staff bungalow and some selected ANIMAL hospitals elsewhere. It is clear that the treatment given to animals in some countries is by far better than health workers in Ghana. Even a sick and dying dog won’t be put in a place like the Achimota Government Hospital STAFF bungalow.
Anyone who donates 100 Ghana cedis a month to build a cathedral is a fool and will rot in hell!!! God hates stupid people!!

Clearly, the Akufo Addo led NPP government has a chunk of misplaced priorities and sighting from all angles and indications they are doing the bearest minimum to solve the problems of the ordinary Ghanaian citizen.
