A gang of armed robbers has robbed a mobile money bank at Buokrom Estate Junction in Kumasi leading to the death of one person.
According to reports, the gang, made up of four people stormed the Community Consult Limited at Buokrom wielding pistols and demanded from the attendants their sales.
They shot two persons, one of whom died after he was rushed to the hospital.
The deceased, identified as Collins Dapaah, according to eyewitness accounts, earlier came to the bank to deposit some cash was shot by the robbers for allegedly blowing their cover.
The armed robbers, per reports so far, made away with a sum of 140,000ghc (1.4 billion old Ghana cedis).
