Patrick Nyarko, a Senior Nigh Student (SHS) who defiled 18-month-old twins has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.
The Assin Fosu Divisional Crime officer DSP Daniel Kwabena Darkoh confirming to EIB Network’s Central Regional Correspondent Yaw Boagyan on Thursday, April 15th said, the accused was arraigned before Cape coast Circuit court 1, presided over Her Honour Dorinda Smith Arthur.
He pleaded guilty to the charge and was convicted and sentenced to serve a 10-year jail term.
He has since been taken to Ankaful Prisons in Cape Coast to begin his term.
Patrick Nyarko, a 22-year-old Senior High School 2 student at Assin Manso Senior High School was arrested by the Assin Fosu Police service in the Central Region for allegedly defiling 18-month-old twins.
