Ghanaian musician, Jackie Acheampong, widely known as Gyakie, has announced that she is taking a temporary break from music to write her exams.
Gyakie, aside from being a musician, is an undergraduate student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where she is studying International Business.
As the semester draws nearer to an end, the musician will be writing her end of semester exams, hence the need to take a short break and study.
Taking to twitter yesterday, the ‘Forever’ singer wrote; “Starting End of Semester Exams“
A few minutes after her tweet, she took to snapchat to share a video of herself moving into the heavens as she said her last prayer before taking the short break to write her exams.
