Die-hard supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) are having a fields day over the rejection of Kojo Oppong Nkrumah as Minister for the Information Ministry by Parliament’s Appointment Committee.
Apparently, the NDC’s minority on the Parliament’s Appointment Committee, the committee responsible for the vetting and approval of these ministers, unanimously rejected him and others including infamous Hawa Koomson.
The main reason behind this shocking development is that the NPP firebrand, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah failed to answer his questions truthfully and thus does not fit to be passed as a minister.
After this news went viral on the internet, zealots of the opposition party couldn’t keep calm as they went gaga and started celebrating the failure of the NPP bigwig with the claims that he has always been disrespecting John Mahama and has dearly paid for his insolence.
