Investigative journalist, Manasseh Azure has lashed out at Minister designated for information, Oppong Nkrumah for spewing lies before the vetting committee.
During the vetting of Oppong Nkrumah, he trashed the claim that journalist are being attacked in the line of duty and that Manasseh had to flee to South Africa for his life after he released a documentary exposing corruption in the country
To counter the false plea by Oppong Nkrumah, Manasseh wrote a lengthy letter explaining the reasons why he had to flee to South Africa.
He went on to state that Oppong Nkrumah and the incumbent Government have done a bad job protecting journalist in Ghana.
