Budding dancehall musician, Epixode has eulogized his fellow musician, Livingstone Etse Satekla better known by his stage name as Stonebwoy.
In an exclusive interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM, Epixode disclosed that Stonebwoy is the originator of the Afro-Dancehall genre.
According to him, that’s the style the boss of Burniton Music Group curated, and it has paved way for other reggae/ Dancehall acts to embrace the genre.
He further explained that Stonebwoy felt the need to create Afro Dancehall to help people accept the Ghanaian sound in relation to dancehall, and help them distinguish between that and the real reggae dancehall.
