A video making rounds on social media have caused a major uproar among users on the online community.
In the Gossips24.com intercepted, a mother whose identity is yet is seen giving shisha to her 3-year-old daugter to smoke.
She cheered her daughter while she smokes happily.
After she inhaled a while, the mother also handed over an alcoholic beverage to sip.
Twitter users were shocked after watching the video and questioned if the woman was indeed the true mother of the little girl.
