Dancehall King, Charles Nii-Armah Mensah, known by his stage name, Shatta Wale has fired organizers of 3Music Awards for disrespecting the Dancehall genre.
Earlier we reported that the dancehall musician will be releasing a diss song to the VGMA, prior to the release of the song, Shatta took to Facebook to attack some personalities who are members of the organizing board of the upcoming 3Music Awards.
For many who have followed discussions on social and traditional media, reggae-dancehall fanatics have expressed their disappointments in the board of 3Music Awards for improper categorisation, especially when it comes to Reggae-Dancehall.
This comes after the scheme failed to nominate musicians for the Reggae-Dancehall artiste of the year, and also excluded Shatta Wale from the nominees for the Artiste of the Year Award.
It is on the back of these sentiments that dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has fired some shots at the organizers of the scheme.
