Loudmouth NDC firebrand and Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC); Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi has boldly asserted that Madam Jean Mensa does not want to be cross-examined because she risks being exposed.
As claimed by Sammy Gyamfi, the 1st Respondent is running away from being exposed by lead counsel of the petitioner, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata, which is why she is being prevented from entering the witness box.
Sammy Gyamfi made these masculine assertions whiles speaking to the press after the election petition hearing today at the Supreme Court.
He said;
Jean Mensa is running away from the court because she is afraid of being exposed. She declared the 2020 election results and that is why she needs to come and defend what necessitated her decision.
She knows she will be exposed and that is why her lawyers are trying hard to make her evade cross-examination.
