The Legislature body of Ghana or the parliament house as it is widely known is currently in shambles and chaos and has earned the name as a hung parliament because of both parties recording an equal number of parliamentary seats.

This banter of parliamentary majority has made many people cast forewarning to the newly elected speaker, Alban Sulemana Gbabin in his decision to announce NDC as Majority.
One of the many sympathizers of this issue is Dr. Kingsley Nyarko of the NPP stated emphatically that the NPP holds the majority in parliament with 138 seats as compared to NDC with 137 seats, therefore the speaker can’t declare NDC as the majority.
