Popular Date Rush host/presenter, Nii Kpakpo has finally broken the silence on why he’s absent from the all-new Date Rush Season 4.
Date Rush Season 4 was launched today on Media General’s mother channel, TV3 with Anita Akufo introducing Giovani Caleb as the new host of this season’s reality show.
Many questioned the absence of Nii Kpakpo who has been the host of the love show which became popular due to how he engaged contestants and almost gave social media something to talk about in every single episode.
Sadly, after hosting Season 1, 2, 3 and the re-union edition of Date Rush, Nii Kpakpo has been axed out.
Breaking his silence on his sudden absence, Kpakpo said, “I have received loads of questions from every corner about me not being on #daterush. Unfortunately, this season, the producers decided to go with another host. I’ll see you guys on another platform. I love you all.”
This rules out claims that Kpakpo was actually out of the country when the new season of Tv3’s Date Rush was being filmed in 2020.
