2019 VGMA New Artiste of the Year, Wendy Addo, popularly known as Wendy Shay has sent a message to her critics.
Truth be told, Wendy Shay has been one of the Ghanaian musicians who have suffered immensely in the hands of cyberbullies.
Despite the trolls and naysaying that has become a norm around her brand, Wendy keeps on pushing through and was recently adjudged the most streamed female artiste in Ghana by Boomplay.
On the back of this, Wendy Shay has come out with a statement as she sends a strong message to Ghanaians who keep on trashing her craft.
According to her, there’s been a lot of talks about how she sucks about everything, yet she’s on top of her game and leading on almost all the charts in Ghana.
She wrote; “WS can’t sing
WS is not talented
WS Songs be wack….
But I dey top you all for Boomplay,Spotify,YouTube etc.. Wedding Song is trending No. 1 on YouTube..So U ppl u no Dey fear my GOD ?? Ghana wake up !”
As if her statement was not enough for Ghanaians, Wendy Shay dropped a photo of her new brand with the caption, “#FEARLESS“
