A yet to be identified NDC zealot who went to cast his vote at the Asokore Methodist JHS polling station is said to have dashed the electorates and EC officials who were available at the moment of his arrival some huge sums of money for being good citizens.
According to a beneficiary of his benevolence, the money-gift was not in any-way a disguised effort to buy votes but rather a little token to get themselves some foods and drinks for standing in the patiently standing in the hot sun to exercise voting franchises.
