The father of Ghana’s finance minster, Ken Ofori-Atta has joined his ancestors in a solemn manner.
The deceased who was a former diplomat, Dr. Akwasi Jones Amoako Atta Ofori-Atta served as MP for Begoro in the 1960 and 70s.
He was also an economics lecturer at the University of Manchester, he was Ghana’s deputy finance minister at the age of 31.
