Ghana’s veep, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has reiterated that the NPP government led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is committed in their fight against corruption.
During an interview on Aaase Radio, he said;
We are fighting corruption. A lot has been said especially in the last few weeks over the commitment of the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government to fighting corruption. While it has not been an easy task, I can confidently state that this government has been one of the best in years to have demonstrated and uncommon boldness and commitment to fighting corruption.
The vice president also disclosed that the fight against corruption has not been an easy one for them but he can confidently state that his government has been one of the best in fighting corruption in the country.
Meanwhile, the former special prosecutor, Mr Martin Madu has pinned Nana Addo and his allies as “MOTHER SERPENTS OF CORRUPTION” after resigning from his post.
