Lots of tributes have been coming in after Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings passed on to eternity from around the world.
Award winning Nigerian musician, Davido, has joined the masses who have been hit by the sudden demise of Ghana’s former President, J J Rawlings, to pay tribute to him.
Davido shared a very good experience he had with the former president way back in 2014. He shared his experience in an interview on 3FM last Friday, November 13.
“J.J Rawlings is a legend. My crazy experience with him was in 2014 when I saw him get out of his car to buy from the shop at the fuel station with no security detail.
“I was shocked but it made me realised how Ghanaians loved him and how he also loved and trusted his people to the extent that he walked freely in town and he felt safe knowing he is loved.” He said.
