A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit brought by President Donald Trump’s campaign team over an opinion piece by CNN that claimed the U.S elections was open to receiving Russian assistance.
According to U.S. District Judge Michael L. Brown, the campaign team failed to produce the “actual malice,” and that, therefore, the suit can not be considered.
“It’s not an interference, they have information — I think I’d take it,” Trump said in the interview after the lost.
