Nigerian female icon and musical sensation is on the block with her latest statement concerning how female singers are discriminated against in Nigeria.
According to the beautiful singer, female musicians in Nigeria are not given equal chance to exhibit their talents to full potential unlike the males in the same industry.
In an interview she revealed that male artist are given special treatment that other female artist cannot even dream of achieving. She made reference to one time when she had to pick an Uber to a concert while a male figure had fleet of cars ready to pick him up.
Tiwa is very concerned and wishes to change the face of the industry in Nigeria and enable women equal rights as men in the music fraternity.
She says one day female singers would be acknowledged for their good work and appreciated for who they are.
