Outspoken and optimistic US President Donald Trump has stated that he’ll be making a big announcement on the tightened electoral battle between him and his opponent Joe Biden.
As at US press time, vote counts clearly communicates that Joe Biden is in a comfortable lead.
Trump has now announced he will deliver a statement tonight, prematurely calling it ‘a big win’
Meanwhile, Biden calmed Democrats in his home town, Delaware, to be hopeful of victory ahead as votes get counted.
Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden each need 270 electoral votes to win the presidency.
